Public meetings are where key decisions are made. When residents attend and speak, it shows officials that the community is paying attention.

Even simply being present in the room can make a difference.

Ways to participate:

• Attend Planning Commission hearings
• Attend City Council meetings
• Speak during public comment (show up 30 minutes before meeting time to sign-up to speak)
• Bring neighbors or friends
